For me, psychoeducation is the touching encounter of children, adolescents, families and adults who, through their confidence, give me access to their vulnerabilities, but also to the greatness of their determination to do so. face. The very nature of my profession has brought me a lot of challenges and questions on a personal and professional level. In doing so, I started to take an interest in the concept of well-being, especially with adults who wanted to find a greater level of satisfaction and pleasure in their life. Psychoeducational monitoring has therefore become for me a way of supporting adults in understanding their personal, family, professional and / or social situation and in identifying concrete actions in order to update their full potential on a daily basis.
